I graduated from Bournemouth University in 2004 and first embarked on a career in the restaurant trade. I have developed teams of 40+ to achieve success. Winner of restaurant of the year award 2008.

Living in Levi Finland

"Just being surrounded by bountiful nature, rejuvenates and inspires us". My 3 boys, wife and I moved to Levi, Kittila, Lapland, Finland in 2023 to enjoy this beautiful place. I love snow! Snowboarding, mountain-biking, wild swimming and looking forward to experiencing everything this place has to offer! Now I am looking to offer my support to any business who needs it.
